Job summary

Biogensys is seeking a Senior Business Analyst (Hybrid) in Raleigh, NC to support the NC-Division of Public Health project. The role involves business process analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation for the Data Modernization Initiative.

Responsibilities include stakeholder analysis, market research, documenting workflows, writing user stories, creating diagrams, and supporting UAT and go-live activities. Travel to local Raleigh meetings is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience documenting functional requirements for existing and new applications.
• Strong writing and communication skills with ability to build relationships with team members and clients.
• Ability to manage multiple work streams with aggressive timelines.
• Experience with procurement related documents including RFPs and evaluation criteria.

Responsibilities

• Conducts stakeholder analysis and market research.
• Identifies current and future state process workflows.
• Creates user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Develops process diagrams and data dictionaries.
• Gathers, documents and validates business and technical requirements.
• Supports UAT and go-live activities.
