Job summary

Qualifications

• Four+ years of bookkeeping, accounting, or project-accounting experience.
• Experience with AP/AR, billing, reconciliation, and payroll coordination.
• Solid understanding of bookkeeping principles.
• Proficiency with Excel and accounting software.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounts payable with vendor records and invoicing.
• Process payroll information and time/expense data.
• Prepare client invoices and apply payments; maintain AR records.
• Monitor AR aging and collections; reconcile bank and credit cards.
• Establish and maintain project records and job-cost accounting.
• Assist with monthly/year-end close and prepare reports.
