Qualifications

• 6+ years in controls, automation, electrical troubleshooting and start-up.
• Experience with DCS/PLC programming and HMI graphics.
• Familiarity with Ethernet/IP, DeviceNet, and Modbus TCP/IP.
• Willingness to travel 15–25% (local/overnight).

Responsibilities

• Learn and follow safety practices; supervise site safety.
• Mentor others and improve Matrix standards.
• Develop project scopes, concepts, and cost estimates.
• Lead software development for DCS/PLC-based control systems.
• Develop and test DCS/PLC code and HMI graphics; perform on-site commissioning.
