Job summary

Sia seeks a Senior Manager to grow its Legal AI & Technology practice, guiding transformation programs for corporate legal departments and law firms. You will collaborate with legal operations, AI, data, and engineering teams to improve service delivery and scale capabilities.

You will lead client engagements, shape roadmaps, and drive adoption of AI-enabled processes, with focus on contracting, intake, and matter management. This role blends strategy, delivery, and business development.

Qualifications

8+ years of relevant experience in consulting, legal operations, legal technology, or technology transformation.
3+ years leading teams or complex client programs with delivery accountability.
Track record implementing legal tech or AI solutions with measurable improvements.
Strong understanding of legal workflows and translating requirements into tech solutions.
Experience evaluating genAI tools and integration with enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

Advise legal leaders and shape transformation programs across workflows and data readiness.
Lead client engagements, manage scope, staffing, budgets, and communications.
Oversee build-versus-buy, pilots, and deployment of AI platforms and CLM systems.
Drive adoption through workshops, training, and measuring value realization.
Grow the practice through opportunities, proposals, and client relations.
Build and lead multidisciplinary teams across legal ops, AI, data, and engineering.
