Justia, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager of Innovation & Emerging Technologies to lead AI adoption, emerging technology, and data analytics initiatives.

You will translate legal and business needs into practical, secure, well-supported solutions and guide a team through evaluation, use-case development, testing, and training. You will work with senior stakeholders to establish roadmaps, mentor the team, and ensure effective adoption across practice groups and administrative departments.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, data analytics, business, instructional design, legal studies, or a related field is required.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in a law firm or a leading consulting firm, with substantial hands-on experience leading AI solutions.
• Experience leading and developing a team with priorities, delivery schedules, and deep involvement in implementation and delivery.
