Job summary

GlaxoSmithKline plc in the United States seeks a senior Product Manager to own the multi-year vision for data platform and AI/ML products. You will partner with senior engineers to shape strategy, lead a PM/BA team, and represent the product voice to Director and VP-level stakeholders.

The role focuses on data governance, lakehouse, MLOps, and GenAI initiatives, with hybrid on-site collaboration across R&D, Supply Chain, and IT. Strong executive communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Business Analytics, Information Systems or related field.
• 8+ years of product management experience, with 4+ years in data platforms, AI/ML products, or enterprise analytics.
• Experience owning a multi-product portfolio and leading PMs/BAs.
• Strong portfolio-level prioritisation and OKR-driven roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-year product vision and roadmap for data platform and AI/ML products.
• Engage senior stakeholders (Director/VP level) to shape demand and communicate value.
• Lead end-to-end AI/ML product lifecycle, including MLOps and GenAI apps.
• Oversee data platform products: ingestion, lakehouse, governance, BI foundations.
• Lead a team of PMs and BAs; drive agile ceremonies and KPI reporting.
