Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in accounting required.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required.
• Experience with AS400 and/or OneStream XF preferred.
• Knowledge of GAAP and financial statements.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.
• Regular, predictable attendance is essential.
• Willingness to travel as necessary and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain financial records and financial statements.
• Prepare various monthly and quarterly consolidated financial reports and analyses to support Penske's financial position.
• Investigate material, complex balance sheet fluctuations and document differences for management.
• Prepare process measures to monitor sources feeding the general ledger.
• Collaborate with global teams.
• Reconcile sub-systems to the general ledger to support balance sheet accounts.
• Assist with other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor.
