Brand Revolution LLC in Cedar Park, TX, is seeking an Account Manager to drive the smooth delivery of client programs across our creative, production, and event services. Working with an Account Director, you will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to our standards of excellence, while building trusted client relationships.

The role involves managing end-to-end projects, coordinating with internal teams, supporting budgets and SOWs, and identifying efficiency improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in marketing, communications, events, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in account management or client services in a digital marketing/creative/events agency.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with accuracy, timelines, and budgets.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for assigned clients and ensure clear communication and delivery.
• Support the Account Director and SVP of U.S. Accounts in developing and executing client strategies.
• Coordinate and lead regular client status meetings with documented agendas and follow-ups.
• Manage end-to-end execution of projects, including campaigns, events, media, and production deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and status reports; ensure alignment with scope and client expectations.
• Collaborate with Creative, Strategy, Production, Media, and Accounting to maintain workflows and brand consistency.
• Assist in creating and managing Statements of Work (SOWs) and reconciliations and monitor project profitability.
