Stine Seed Company is seeking an Independent Sales Representative for North Central Nebraska with a hybrid/partial remote arrangement in Antelope and Boone counties. The role emphasizes building dealer networks, growing sales of corn and soybean seeds, and delivering agronomic and technical support to customers.

The successful candidate will have 3+ years of agricultural experience, strong communication skills, and a proven track record in sales and account development.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of agriculture experience in agronomy, crop production or seed sales.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated knowledge of proven sales techniques and the ability to overcome obstacles.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary ambassador of the Stine brand within the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain agronomic and technical knowledge of Stine seed products and services in the territory.
• Manage existing accounts and recruit new ones to increase sales.
• Communicate and implement Stine's sales programs and policies to meet sales goals for the district.
• Collaborate with the Regional Sales Agronomist to provide high-level sales support in the territory.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and potential customers.
