Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Security Systems Infrastructure Engineer for a hybrid role serving the federal systems team. The position involves managing Windows servers, AD DS, DNS, DHCP, and security configurations across the ESS environment with site visits in the DC metro area.

The role supports Rockville, MD office-based collaboration and occasional travel to project sites in the DMV region. Strong focus on security hardening and network integration is required.

Qualifications

• Strong Windows Server administration, network integration, and security systems infrastructure.
• Setup, integration, troubleshooting, testing, and documentation of environments.
• Experience with Windows Server 2022/2025 and AD DS administration.

Responsibilities

• Build, configure, troubleshoot and support Windows servers and network services for enterprise ESS.
• Administer AD DS, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
• Configure domain controllers, NTP, and time sync across servers/workstations.
