Job summary

Team Carney, Inc. in Linthicum, MD seeks a Subject Matter Expert Instructor to develop, deliver, and maintain the Industrial Security Curriculum for DoD clients; collaborate with client leads, management, and technical staff to design and certify courses and products.

You will instruct, manage courses, support the ADDIE process, review materials, and provide SME guidance on training tools. An active Secret clearance is required; hybrid work with one onsite day per week.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizen
• Current Secret security clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in education
• Minimum 5 years in Industrial Security
• In lieu of a degree, 8 years of instructor experience
• Experience in Industrial Security
• Proficiency with MS Outlook, Word and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Instruct and perform course manager duties
• Manage course products and instructor logistics
• Provide SME support for Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
• Review and advise on training materials and content
• Support ADDIE process and course maintenance
• Deliver Industrial Security courses per schedule
• Answer student and customer inquiries on Industrial Security
• Assist Curriculum Manager through course review stages
• Conduct annual reviews of courses and products
