EverCommerce is hiring a Manager of Sales Development to lead the SDR team for the EverHealth portfolio. You’ll shape inbound follow-up, outbound prospecting, and cross-functional alignment with marketing and sales.

You will coach a growing team, refine processes, and drive pipeline that fuels company growth in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role is hybrid in Boston, MA or Denver, CO.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in B2B SaaS sales or BD leadership.
• Proven ability to scale SDR/inside sales teams.
• Strong knowledge of modern sales methodologies (Sandler, MEDDIC, Challenger).
• Experience with Salesforce and AI-driven sales tools.
