InBody is hiring a Sales Development Representative in West Palm Beach, FL for a full-time, hybrid role. You will research, qualify, and nurture leads; manage the CRM; and work with sales and marketing to drive growth. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial culture and enjoys teamwork.

We seek someone who can meet sales targets, handle high call volumes, and stay current on industry trends while representing InBody’s innovative health technology to potential customers.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
• 1+ years of sales experience desired but not mandatory.
• Ability to handle rejection and maintain high daily call volume (100+/day).
• Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Zoho) and proficiency in using sales productivity tools.
• Demonstrated success in prospecting and qualifying leads, resulting in successful handoffs to the sales closing team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including persuasive negotiation, public speaking, and presentations.
• Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Travel (up to 10%) for business trips and tradeshows as needed.
• Ability to lift 65 lbs

Responsibilities

• Lead Prospecting—Research to identify and target potential customers; use multiple channels to engage prospects and generate new leads.
• Qualification and Nurturing—Understand needs and assess interest for qualification.
• Sales Pipeline Management—Manage leads in CRM and progress them through the funnel.
• Collaborative Teamwork—Align with sales & marketing and contribute to campaigns.
• Relationship Building—Build relationships and demonstrate product value.
• Continuous Learning—Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.
