Jobtailor in the United States (Arizona) seeks an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile ceremonies, coordinate vulnerability management initiatives, and drive delivery across cybersecurity operations teams. The role requires 4+ years of Scrum Master experience, proficiency with Jira and Confluence, and a Scrum Master certification or equivalent.

Hybrid schedule: 3 days on-site, 2 days remote; travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

4+ years of Agile Scrum Master experience or equivalent.
Experience supporting Vulnerability Management, Cybersecurity Operations, or related teams.
Knowledge of vulnerability management processes, remediation tracking, and risk governance.
Facilitates agile ceremonies for multiple teams in a regulated environment.
Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and continuous improvement.
Proficient with Jira, Confluence, and agile reporting tools.
Knowledge of SDLC, change management, and technology risk management.
Ability to identify and expedite risks, dependencies, and impediments across teams.
Collaborates with technology leaders, product owners, engineers, and security stakeholders.
Strong analytical and communication skills; includes verbal and written.
Scrum Master certification preferred; travel up to 10%; hybrid on-site/in-office 3 days; visa sponsorship not available.
