Job summary

MatchPoint Solutions is seeking a Scrum Master to help our network and infrastructure teams deliver with agility, clarity, and accountability. You will facilitate Scrum practices, manage dependencies across teams, and communicate progress and risk to senior stakeholders.

A strong networking background will help you work credibly with engineers and anticipate dependencies shaping delivery. This is a hybrid role in Lower Manhattan, 3 days onsite weekly.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead.
• Solid understanding of Scrum and Agile frameworks, with exposure to Waterfall.
• Working knowledge of networking concepts (routing/switching, DNS/DHCP, IP, MPLS, firewalls, VPNs).
• Strong communication skills for technical and executive audiences.
• Sound judgment and accountability in decision making.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
• Ability to work onsite in Lower Manhattan office 3 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum events including planning, stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives.
• Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile principles in hybrid environments.
• Identify and remove impediments and manage critical path items.
• Partner with Product Owner to maintain a clear backlog.
• Track metrics, schedule and risks and escalate when needed.
• Foster collaboration across network, security, data center and apps teams.
• Maintain Agile tooling and documentation.
