• Hands-on experience using Agile lifecycle management tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, Rally, VersionOne, etc.).
• CSM certificate held by the candidate.
• Experience with Medical or Financial Systems is a plus.

Interview Process: Virtual, 1-2 rounds. 4-5 people on the interviews, could potentially include hiring manager, PMO Superviosr, Agency Services Manager, Project Manager, Business Relationship Manager, or other Managers from the team.
