Job summary

Matlen Silver is seeking a Payments Scrum Master to support agile delivery within a banking payments environment. You will guide and coach Scrum teams, facilitate ceremonies, and remove impediments to ensure on-time delivery across scaled agile programs including PI Planning.

The role requires 3–5 years of hands-on Scrum Master experience, strong Jira/Confluence use, and excellent stakeholder communication. This hybrid position is located in Charlotte or Plano on a 18–24 month W2 contract.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on Scrum Master experience.
• Experience with Scrum and Kanban.
• SAFe experience including PI Planning.
• Strong Jira and Confluence usage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Experience in financial services or regulated environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and coach teams.
• Coordinate PI planning and cross-team events.
• Manage dependencies, risks, and impediments.
• Provide visibility into delivery plans and risks.
• Partner with Product Owner to maintain backlog.
