Job summary
Consumers Energy in Jackson, MI is seeking a Scrum Master to guide one to two cross-functional teams in a Hybrid work model based in Jackson. You will facilitate Scrum and Kanban ceremonies, shield the team from impediments, and partner with Product Owners to refine backlogs and align delivery with business priorities.
You will coach teams on Agile values, track progress, manage risks, and maintain Azure DevOps release plans and planning artifacts.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Scrum and Kanban practices.
- Experience coaching teams to higher Agile maturity.
- Proven ability to refine backlogs and plan sprints.
- Effective collaboration with Product Owners and stakeholders.
- Skilled facilitator and strong communicator.
- Understanding of SDLC and IT processes.
Responsibilities
- Serve as servant leader for one or two cross-functional teams.
- Facilitate Scrum and Kanban ceremonies and backlog refinement.
- Coach teams on Agile values, principles, and best practices.
- Identify and resolve risks, dependencies, and impediments.
- Maintain Azure DevOps release plans and planning artifacts.
- Prepare status updates and coordinate with leadership.
