Job summary

Costello Medical in Boston is seeking a Project Coordinator to support administrative, coordination and scientific tasks across medical communications, market access, evidence development, and rare diseases teams. You will oversee delivery of scientific work for clients and help improve processes to ensure high quality and efficient project execution.

The role starts with a starting salary of $60,000 per annum, rising to $61,000 for master’s-qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• A degree level or equivalent qualification in a scientific discipline (minimum GPA 3.3). Postgraduate qualifications (minimum GPA 3.3) would be an advantage, but they are not a requirement for the role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of scientific work to clients in healthcare.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.
• Coordinate logistics and provide project support for in-person and virtual events.
• Manage project timelines in collaboration with the project manager.
• Schedule meetings and record minutes for distribution.
• Support development of planning tools to improve productivity and cross-collaboration.
• Assist with referencing of scientific materials and data extraction from publications.
• Liaise with Creative, marketing, and external suppliers to ensure smooth delivery of projects.
• Contribute to client proposals and track submissions and responses.
• Ensure project compliance and complete related documentation.
