Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• 1+ year of experience in scheduling, workforce coordination, operations support, or related roles.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to balance priorities and deadlines.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in staffing, scheduling, and payroll data.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, OneDrive).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Support workforce planning and daily crew scheduling for Olympics productions and year-round sports.
• Coordinate technical crew assignments, staffing changes, schedule updates, and resource allocation.
• Maintain accurate employee, crew, position, venue, event, and assignment data in scheduling systems.
• Prepare and distribute crew schedules, call sheets, travel information, and event documentation.
• Collaborate with Production Managers, Technical Managers, Operations and Engineering teams on staffing needs.
• Serve as primary point of contact for crew members regarding assignments and onboarding.
• Monitor staffing activity, schedule changes, callouts, and last-minute coverage needs; escalate issues.
• Assist onboarding and readiness for technical hires, including training and system access.
• Maintain workforce reports, trackers, and operational documentation for payroll and post-event analysis.
• Provide day-to-day operational support before, during, and after events to ensure crew satisfaction.
