Job summary

RED Group is seeking a seasoned SCADA Developer to design, develop, and maintain SCADA systems across industrial projects in Texas. The role combines in-office collaboration with on-site client support and requires occasional local travel.

You will work with Ignition and other SCADA platforms, implement HMI applications, integrate PLCs, troubleshoot systems, and collaborate with project managers and clients to deliver secure, reliable operations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years as a SCADA Engineer with Ignition experience
• Experience designing, configuring, and maintaining SCADA/HMI systems
• Strong troubleshooting and integration skills with PLCs and industrial devices
• Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with clients and teams
• Knowledge of cybersecurity and reliability practices for ICS environments

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and program SCADA systems to monitor and control industrial processes.
• Maintain and troubleshoot SCADA network communications, databases, and control systems.
• Develop and maintain HMI applications for real-time data visualization and control.
• Integrate SCADA with PLCs and other industrial devices.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software SCADA issues and perform system backups.
• Collaborate with clients, vendors, and project teams to deliver projects on time.
