Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a Senior Systems Business Architect (hybrid) to shape SAP ERP solutions across multiple divisions. Based in Kalamazoo, MI or Mahwah, NJ, you will guide design, development, and deployment, manage strategic partners, and align solutions with business goals.

You will collaborate with IT and business teams, ensure regulatory and SOX compliance, monitor Run KPIs, and support ERP consolidation efforts.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent.
8+ years of SAP EWM, TM, PP/LE, IM with at least two end-to-end implementations.
Experience with upgrades and rollouts; ability to influence and lead multiple projects to milestones.
Cross-functional expertise across SAP modules including SD, FI, MM, IM, and Purchasing; strongInterfaces/EDI experience.

Responsibilities

Design solutions across process, data, and technology to meet requirements and standards.
Partner with third-party logistics providers to deploy high-quality SAP solutions.
Collaborate with functional teams to identify and resolve system issues and exceptions.
Monitor hypercare activities, accelerate issue resolution, and minimize business impact.
Support distribution network transformation and ERP technology consolidation; ensure regulatory and change-control compliance.
