Job summary

Frey Consulting Group is seeking a Business Analytics Manager (SAP & Operations) for a hybrid role (2 days on-site) to lead enterprise-wide transformation around SAP and analytics. You will shape SAP strategy, drive AI-enabled process improvements, and enable data-driven decision-making across North America, building a high-impact analytics and business systems team.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP or comparable enterprise ERP platforms.
• Proven track record delivering cross-functional transformations.
• Ability to build analytics strategies, KPIs, and dashboards.
• Experience leading supply chain, operations, and manufacturing transformations.
• Strong stakeholder management and change management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead business transformation initiatives across Supply Chain, Service, Production, Order-to-Cash.
• Serve as the North American SAP business owner of enterprise systems and guide improvements.
• Build scalable analytics, KPI reporting, and operational dashboards that drive decision-making.
• Champion AI and automation initiatives that improve productivity and business performance.
• Establish process governance and standardization across key operational functions.
• Partner with global technology teams to translate business needs into effective system solutions.
• Lead organizational change, ensuring successful adoption of new processes and technologies.
• Build, coach, and grow a high-performing Business Systems & Analytics team.
