Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data-related field or similar.
• 9–12 years of experience in data product management, data strategy, or data governance in a global org.
• 5+ years in SAP Analytics within the CPG/food/manufacturing industries.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end data product lifecycle from vision to adoption.
• Strong understanding of data architecture, quality, metadata, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy and roadmap for SAP Analytics data products delivering measurable business value.
• Lead agile backlog, translate requirements into user stories, and guide engineers and data stewards.
• Ensure data quality, lineage, metadata, and compliance across SAP Analytics products.
• Enable data product documentation, cataloging, and governance to promote trusted data use.
• Define metrics and drive value realization for data products across functions.
