Job summary

AbbVie in Waukegan, IL seeks a SAP FI-OTC Integration Business Analyst to bridge finance and IT, supporting SAP FI/CO functionality. Hybrid role with onsite 3 days and two days remote.

You will partner with Finance and IT to gather requirements, configure solutions, and support testing and deployment of complex SAP integrations. The role requires a BS/BA and 5+ years in SAP analytics with Order-to-Cash experience, revenue recognition, and data integration.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Computer Science, Finance or Accounting with 5 years as SAP BA.
• 5+ years in Order-to-Cash finance integration, reconciliations, and banking integrations.
• Experience applying revenue recognition, discounts and rebates in financial reporting.
• Experience integrating complex applications and data relationships.
• Experience working with upstream/downstream apps and reducing data dependencies.
• Proven ability to present written and oral reports to stakeholders.
• Collaborates in a matrixed IT/business environment and advocates for customers.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design SAP FI-OTC solutions.
• Understand Pricing impact on Accounting and configure accordingly.
• Enable configuration so pricing conditions post to correct GL accounts.
• Design solutions for scenarios like free-of-charge orders and tax handling.
• Develop and implement credit-card reconciliation processes.
• Identify process improvements to enhance order efficiency and reporting accuracy.
• Work with Finance and IT to gather requirements and support SAP FI/CO rollout.
