Aston Carter seeks a skilled SAP Coordinator to support, maintain, and optimize SAP and related enterprise systems spanning Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Logistics and Operations. You will connect business stakeholders with technology teams to ensure process support through system functionality and data-driven decision-making.

Based in Itasca, IL with a hybrid work model, the role requires collaboration with local and global SAP teams, expertise in FI/SD/WM modules, UAT, and ERP

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting SAP or enterprise applications.
• Experience with FI, SD, WM modules and SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong stakeholder management and business analysis skills.
• Experience in finance, accounting, supply chain, or operations environments.
• UAT, testing, and change management experience.
• Ability to translate business requirements into SAP solutions.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary SAP support resource for local users.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, and finance teams to improve processes.
• Coordinate with global SAP and IT teams on enhancements and projects.
• Translate business requirements into functional SAP solutions.
• Support SAP processes, training, and issue resolution.
• Assist with SAP projects, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and serve as a go-to SAP resource.
• Bridge between local operations and global corporate teams.
