Job summary

Alps Alpine NA, Inc. in Texas seeks a seasoned IT professional to maintain and enhance SAP SD and Sales systems, integrating with external systems and ensuring data interfaces like EDI are ready for customers.

You will lead a functional team, document business needs, test new processes, and collaborate with business units to deliver secure, compliant information systems. Hybrid work is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience of 10 years supporting SAP and an Associate’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems.)
• Experience with system installation, configuration, and analysis.
• Knowledge of networks and cloud computing.
• Understanding of software application development, ability to support system applications in development, design and deployment.
• IT budgeting and cost management experience.
• PMP and ITIL Certifications, desired

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance SAP SD system; develop, coordinate and implement improvements in Sales and Distribution.
• Maintain and enhance Sales system; integrate SAP with external systems.
• Communicate with customers to ensure they are equipped with required data interfaces, including EDI.
• Analyze sales, inventory control, distribution, cost analysis, finance, marketing and other business functions to develop new or modified information processing systems.
• Lead programmers and a functional team in business systems related projects.
• Develops, coordinates, and implements plans to test business and functional processes during development and QA testing.
