Job summary

Talener is seeking a Salesforce Developer for a hybrid role in downtown Boston. You will design, build, and enhance Salesforce solutions to support critical business processes within a financial services context.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce development, Apex, LWC, and API integrations, and communicates effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Eligible to work in the US; onsite 2x/week.

Qualifications

2+ years of hands-on Salesforce development.
Apex (Triggers / Classes) experience.
Experience with LWC / Lightning web components.
Experience with both declarative and programmatic development.
Experience supporting integrations with internal and external systems using APIs and middleware tools.
Excellent communications skills and ability to communicate well with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Javascript / HTML / CSS

Responsibilities

Design, build, and enhance Salesforce solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business processes.
Support and optimize key workflows and integrations affecting multiple business units.
Collaborate with stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams to deliver robust solutions.
