Job summary

Capgemini is hiring a Junior Salesforce Developer for a hybrid role based in Atlanta. The role requires 1–3 years of hands-on Salesforce development and administration, with experience in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools.

You will collaborate with architects, analysts, QA, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions that meet business objectives. The position involves design, development, testing, and ongoing maintenance, including data migration

Qualifications

1–3 years of hands-on Salesforce development and configuration experience.
Experience building custom Salesforce applications using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience and Lightning App Builder.

Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Configure and customize Salesforce using declarative tools including Flows, Dynamic Forms, Validation Rules, and Approvals.
Design, develop, test, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, and Salesforce APIs.
Build and enhance Lightning interfaces and reusable components.
Develop automations, integrations, and data loading while ensuring QA and deployment support.
