PEAC Solutions, Mt. Laurel, NJ, seeks a Salesforce Developer to design, build, and support scalable CRM solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of Salesforce development, with hands-on Lightning Web Components, Flow, and modern DevOps practices. This hybrid role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and a commitment to delivering reliable, scalable automation for our customers.

Qualifications

• BS in a science or technical field: Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field required
• 5+ years of Salesforce.com Application Development experience
• Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification required
• Salesforce Platform Developer II, App Builder, or Advanced Developer Certification preferred
• Experience with Jira

Responsibilities

• Extensive experience with Salesforce.com Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
• Experience with Salesforce APIs, Apex Triggers and Classes, SOQL/SOSL Queries, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and the Salesforce Platform (Visualforce familiarity for legacy support)
• Build and modernize automation using Salesforce Flow (Screen Flows, Record‑Triggered Flows), migrate legacy Workflow Rules and Process Builders to Flow, plus Validation Rules, Approval Processes, Custom Objects and Settings
• Knowledge of Salesforce AI tools like Agentforce and Prompt Builder for AI-powered automation and predictive workflows
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and integration tools such as MuleSoft
• Proficient in HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, and modern Lightning front-end development
• Proficient in Salesforce DX, Salesforce CLI, scratch orgs, unlocked packages, and VS Code for development and deployment
• Proficient in Apex Scheduling and Batch/Queueable Processes
• Strong data modeling and Salesforce development best practices
• Familiarity with ETL and integration tools (Dell Boomi, Informatica, MuleSoft)
• Adhere to PEAC's Agile Delivery and Change Management processes
• Experience with Copado and sandbox/release governance
• Provide ongoing production support across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
