Job summary

Talener is seeking a Salesforce Developer for a hybrid role in downtown Boston. You will design, build, and enhance Salesforce solutions to support critical business processes within a financial services context.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce development, Apex, LWC, and API integrations, and communicates effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Eligible to work in the US; onsite 2x/week.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce development.
• Apex (Triggers / Classes) experience.
• Experience with LWC / Lightning web components.
• Experience with both declarative and programmatic development.
• Experience supporting integrations with internal and external systems using APIs and middleware tools.
• Excellent communications skills and ability to communicate well with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Javascript / HTML / CSS

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and enhance Salesforce solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business processes.
• Support and optimize key workflows and integrations affecting multiple business units.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams to deliver robust solutions.

The firm provides businesses with the capital and expertise needed to grow and scale, while generating strong returns for institutional investors. The team is seeking a Salesforce Developer to join their team in the design, build, and enhancement of solutions within their Salesforce platform, supporting critical business processes.

Hybrid – Office in downtown Boston. Candidates must be local and willing to work onsite 2x per week in Boston. Must be eligible to work for any US Employer. No sponsorship can be provided at this time (No C2C or Third parties).

Required Technology and Skills:

• 2+ years professional experience in hands-on Salesforce development
• Hands-on experience with Apex (Triggers / Classes)
• Experience with LWC / Lightning web components
• Experience with both declarative and programmatic development
• Experience supporting integrations with internal and external systems using APIs and middleware tools
• Excellent communications skills and ability to communicate well with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Additional Skills:

Compensation:

$125,000 – $135,000 base salary (Based on experience) plus 20% annual cash bonus guaranteed. Great benefits / 401k / etc.
