Responsibilities

• Design, build, and support scalable CRM solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Develop with Lightning Web Components, Flow, and Apex; modern DevOps practices.
• Migrate legacy workflows to Flow and maintain validation rules and approvals.
• Provide ongoing production support and incident resolution across Salesforce environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value.
