Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
• 5+ years data science/AI/analytics experience.
• 3+ years hands-on Salesforce platform experience.
• Proven experience with Agentforce, Einstein AI, Data Cloud, CRM Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy ML/AI solutions addressing business challenges.
• Lead intelligent agent development leveraging Salesforce capabilities.
• Build predictive models for customer behavior, forecasting, churn, and service optimization.
• Collaborate with CRM, sales, service, and marketing to define AI use cases and success criteria.
• Develop generative AI solutions and enterprise AI architectures.
• Establish governance, monitoring, and responsible AI practices.
• Translate analytics into actionable executive recommendations.
• Mentor developers and contribute to technical standards.
