Responsibilities

• Prepare proposals, annual plan review documents, and final presentations.
• Assist in scheduling meetings and booking travel.
• Handle all incoming office invoices.
• Ad hoc client requests.
• Ordering office materials.
• Assist Regional Vice President with any other additional requests.
