Job summary

Osaic is seeking a Sales Supervision Contact Center Coordinator for its Compliance function in financial services. The role supports the Sales Supervision team by handling incoming calls, routing cases for Annuity Submissions and Alternative Investments, and coordinating paperwork with Financial Professionals.

The position is full-time and hybrid, requiring 4 days per week in the office at one of the listed hubs. Bachelor’s degree preferred; FINRA 6/7 and Salesforce experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, high school diploma or equivalent with significant experience considered.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with annuity products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls from the Contact Center and address inquiries directly or with teammates.
• Familiarity with the Annuity Submission Platform workflow and troubleshooting.
• Facilitate routing for Annuity and Alternative Investments cases.
• Resolve missing documents and re-route misdirected paperwork.
• Assign Subscribe orders to Sales Supervision Principals.
• Collaborate with Financial Professionals to address submission deficiencies.
• Maintain positive relationships with Financial Professionals and Supervisors.
• Assist in pulling reports from applications and tools.
• All other duties as assigned.
