Job summary

Osaic is seeking a Sales Supervision Contact Center Coordinator in Scottsdale, AZ. This full-time role supports the Sales Supervision team by managing incoming calls and guiding workflow for non-digital annuity and alternative investment cases.

The position requires strong communication, analytical abilities, and customer-service experience. Bachelor’s preferred, with hybrid office expectations across our hubs including Scottsdale.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience considered.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls from the Contact Center and address inquiries directly or with team support.
• Familiarity with the Annuity Submission Platform workflow and troubleshooting.
• Facilitate case routing for Annuity and Alternative Investments.
• Resolve missing documentation and reconcile misrouted documents to the proper case.
