Job summary

Bridgestone America, Inc. is seeking a Retail Sales and Service Technician for Firestone Complete Auto Care stores. This hybrid role blends customer service with basic vehicle services, focusing on understanding customer needs and delivering quality work.

You will learn store operations, assist with opening/closing, and contribute to customer satisfaction through timely service. Prior retail experience and a valid driver's license are preferred; ASE certifications are encouraged and supported.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service and growth mindset essential.
• Ability to learn and perform basic vehicle service tasks.
• Able to learn and operate store systems.

Responsibilities

• Hybrid role focusing on customer service (75%) and basic vehicle service tasks (25%).
• Perform basic vehicle services such as oil, tires, and fluids.
• Support store operations including opening/closing, inventory, and displays as needed.
