The position emphasizes growth within the Firestone Complete Auto Care network, learning all store operations and potentially stepping into managerial tasks as needed. Competitive pay offered between $14.40 and $21.51 per hour, with benefits starting day one.

Qualifications

• 2 year degree or non-traditional education through training program completion, certification, or other exhibiting the growth mindset that is needed in this candidate.
• Previous consumer retail sales experience.
• Previous automotive experience a plus.
• Previous management/supervisory experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hybrid Role: serve customers, sales, and issue resolution – 75%.
• Perform basic vehicle service tasks, such as oil, tires, and fluids – 25%.
• Handle store operations, including opening/closing, inventory, displays as needed.
• Growth and career development: may assist Manager or act as Manager-On-Duty and support development.
• Learn all aspects of store operations and flex between front/back shop tasks.
