Job summary

Bridgestone America, Inc. is seeking a Retail Sales and Service Technician (SST) for Firestone Complete Auto Care stores. This hybrid role combines customer service with basic vehicle servicing, assessing needs, and recommending products to ensure customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and a growth mindset. Preferred: a 2-year degree or related training; prior retail or automotive experience; and

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and resolve issues.
• Perform basic vehicle service tasks (oil, tires, fluids).
• Support store operations including opening/closing and inventory as needed.
