Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) seeks a Retail Sales & Service Technician (SST) to join our Firestone Complete Auto Care team. This hybrid role blends customer service with entry-level vehicle services, supporting store operations and growth opportunities.

You will help assess customer needs, recommend products, and complete basic vehicle tasks while contributing to a positive, high-quality customer experience.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Valid automobile driver's license required.
Customer service and growth mindset essential.
Ability to learn and perform basic vehicle service tasks.
Ability to learn and operate store systems.

Responsibilities

Hybrid role focusing on customer service, sales, and issue resolution (75%).
Perform basic vehicle service tasks (oil, tires, fluids) (25%).
Assist with store operations including opening/closing, inventory, displays as needed.
Growth and career development opportunities; may assist or act as Manager-On-Duty when needed.
Learn all store operations to support frontline and back-office workflows.
