Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) in the United States is seeking a Retail Sales and Service Technician (SST) to serve customers, recommend products, perform entry-level vehicle services and ensure satisfaction. This hybrid role blends front-desk customer interaction with basic shop tasks.

Pay ranges from $16.00 to $23.90 per hour, and the team offers on-the-job training, benefits, and opportunities for growth within Firestone Complete Auto Care.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications include a High School Diploma or equivalent.
Valid automobile driver’s license is required.
Customer service mindset and ability to learn store systems are essential.
2 year degree or non-traditional education through training/certifications is a plus.

Responsibilities

Customer service, sales, and issue resolution—roughly 75% of the time.
Basic vehicle service tasks such as oil changes and tire checks—about 25% of the time.
Store operations responsibilities including opening/closing, inventory, and displays.
May assist Manager or act as Manager-On-Duty to support development and learn all store operations.
