Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) seeks a Retail Sales and Service Technician to serve customers, assess needs and perform entry‑level vehicle services. This hybrid role blends front‑line sales with basic shop tasks, supporting growth within Firestone Complete Auto Care and store operations.

You will learn all aspects of store operations, interact with customers, and contribute to a high‑quality service experience while progressing toward advanced roles.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid automobile driver's license.
• Customer service and career growth mindset.
• Ability to learn and perform basic vehicle service tasks.
• Ability to learn and operate store systems.

Responsibilities

• Hybrid role combining customer service, sales and basic vehicle service.
• Learn store operations and flex between front and back shop tasks.
• Handle customer issues and ensure timely completion of services.
• Open/close store, inventory and displays as needed.
