Closets by Design is hiring Sales/Designer representatives in a hybrid-remote role. You will meet clients via pre-set appointments, learn our sales and design process, and work with a Sales Manager. No experience is required, and you’ll attend a paid training week.

As part of a nationally recognized brand, you will help homeowners organize spaces with our custom solutions while enjoying mentorship and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• No degree or certification required.
• Coachable with growth mindset.
• Willingness to complete paid training.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Begin the sales route with appointments and meet clients.
• Build rapport to understand organizational needs.
• Walk through the home to assess opportunities.
• Educate customers on products and services.
• Close deals and drive sales performance.
