Closets by Design Atlanta is seeking Sales/Designer representatives to meet with customers, present design solutions, and close sales. You will participate in a week‑long paid training starting October 19 and work on pre-set appointments with coaching from our Sales Managers.

This hybrid-remote role offers flexibility, mentorship, and a clear path on a direct track for Senior Sales Designer. No prior experience is required, and you will receive comprehensive training to grow with the company.

Formación

• No degree, certification, or sales experience is needed.
• We are looking for coachable candidates with a growth mindset.
• Willingness to complete 1-week paid sales training.
• Reliable access to Motor Vehicle with a valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsabilidades

• Begin the sales route with appointments (provided leads and marketing materials).
• Build rapport to understand organizational needs and opportunities.
• Walk through the home to assess opportunities and educate customers on products and services.
• Follow our Sales Training and use communication skills to help residential customers with home organization needs.
• Close deals and sell products; earnings depend on performance.
