Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a Retail Sales and Service Technician hybrid role to deliver customer service and basic vehicle services at Firestone Complete Auto Care locations. This position serves customers, recommends products, and helps maintain store operations, with growth potential into leadership roles.

Pay ranges from $15.20 to $22.71 per hour, and the role emphasizes on-the-job training, ASE certifications, and a supportive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Customer service and career growth mindset.
• Ability to learn and perform basic vehicle service tasks.
• Ability to learn and operate store systems.

Responsibilities

• Customer service, sales and issue resolution (approx. 75%).
• Basic vehicle service tasks such as oil, tires and fluids (approx. 25%).
• Store operations including opening/closing and inventory as needed.
• May assist Manager or act as Manager-On-Duty to support development.
• Learn all aspects of store operations and flex between front and back shop tasks.
