Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) seeks a Sales and Service Technician to support customers by assessing needs, recommending products, and performing entry-level vehicle services. The role blends front-of-store service with basic repair tasks to ensure customer satisfaction and drive store performance.

The position offers a hybrid work model with on-the-job training, opportunities for ASE certifications, and a path toward operational leadership within a large retail network.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid automobile driver's license is required.
• Customer service and career growth mindset are essential.
• Ability to learn and perform basic vehicle service tasks.
• Ability to learn and operate store systems.

Responsibilities

• Hybrid role focusing on customer service, sales, and issue resolution (75%).
• Perform basic vehicle service tasks (oil, tires, fluids) (25%).
• Support store operations including opening/closing, inventory, and displays as needed.
• Potential to assist Manager or act as Manager-On-Duty in certain circumstances or to support development.
