Job summary

Cura-Hospitality is seeking a Safety Manager for Elior North America to drive safety policies across healthcare catering sites. You will prepare and enforce policies, train teams, and collaborate with leaders to sustain a strong safety culture.

The role emphasizes incident investigation, risk assessments, and regulatory compliance, including OSHA and food safety requirements, with the aim of reducing incidents and improving KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related health and safety discipline is required.
• Subject matter expertise in OSHA regulations and safety programs.
• Experience managing safety across multiple sites within catering or food service.
• Willingness to pursue food safety qualifications as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement safety policies to foster a positive safety culture.
• enforce workplace safety protocols and integrate safety into daily operations.
• Lead training and presentations on safety topics for staff and leaders.
• Collaborate with segment leaders to achieve safety excellence across sites.
• Investigate incidents to uncover root causes and support risk teams.
• Coordinate responses to OSHA and food safety investigations and citations.
