Cura Hospitality is seeking a Safety Manager to develop and execute safety policies across its healthcare-focused sites. You will drive a positive safety culture, implement protocols, and collaborate with leadership to meet regulatory requirements.

The role requires multi-site experience, strong communication, and the ability to integrate safety with food safety initiatives. Hybrid work arrangements apply, with opportunities to influence safety strategy and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Hygiene, Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Health and Safety, or related field.
• Subject matter expertise in OSHA regulations and safety best practices.
• Experience in a similar safety leadership role within multi-site operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enforce safety policies to establish a positive safety culture.
• Implement workplace safety protocols and food safety initiatives.
• Create safety trainings and drive safe workplace practices across sites.
• Investigate incidents to identify root causes and coordinate corrective actions.
• Support OSHA and food safety investigations and responses.
