Job summary

Morning Brew Inc. is seeking a System Administrator to maintain and improve our SaaS apps, infrastructure, and end-user devices. You will join a fast-growing IT team in a hybrid NYC role, 3 days on-site per week, with a 6-month contract that may extend or convert to full-time.

Candidates should have 3–5 years in a technical role, strong SSO experience, and a solid grasp of Google Workspace. Familiarity with Jamf and REST API is preferred, along with excellent communication and problem-solving

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a technical role with increasing responsibility.
• Experience implementing SSO with an identity provider (SAML, OAuth, OIDC).
• Thorough understanding of Google Workspace and other common workplace SaaS applications.
• Experience administering Jamf, including creating policies and profiles.

Responsibilities

• Configure, troubleshoot, and monitor our catalog of SaaS applications.
• Maintain SSO and identity provider integrations.
• Manage and resolve support tickets in a timely manner.
• Install and maintain LAN/WAN and other network infrastructure.
• Maintain documentation related to SaaS application policies, procedures, and features.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to improve experiences for our users.
