Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a technical role with increasing responsibility.
• Experience implementing SSO with an identity provider (SAML, OAuth, OIDC).
• Thorough understanding of Google Workspace and other common workplace SaaS applications.
• Experience administering Jamf, including creating policies and profiles.
• Basic understanding of data types, REST API, and MCP servers.
• Experience using and managing LLM platforms and supporting others to use AI.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts (OSI Model).
• Experience working with ticketing systems.

OVERVIEW

The System Administrator, under the supervision of the Sr. Director of IT, will be responsible for maintaining and improve our SaaS applications, infrastructure, and end-user devices. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience providing technical support for an organization.

This position is hybrid; however, we are looking for candidates who can work from our offices in NYC 3x per week.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Configure, troubleshoot, and monitor our catalog of SaaS applications.
• Maintain SSO and identity provider integrations.
• Manage and resolve support tickets in a timely manner.
• Install and maintain LAN/WAN and other network infrastructure.
• Maintain documentation related to SaaS application policies, procedures, and features.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to improve experiences for our users.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• 3-5 years of experience in a technical role with increasing responsibility.
• Experience implementing SSO with an identity provider (SAML, OAuth, OIDC).
• Thorough understanding of Google Workspace and other common workplace SaaS applications.
• Experience in administering Jamf, including creating policies and profiles.
• Basic understanding of data types, RESTAPI,and MCP servers.
• Experience using and managing LLM platforms and supporting others to use AI.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts (OSI Model) and appliances.
• Experience working with ticketing systems.
• Understanding of the intricacies of working with different departments, personalities, and challenges that IT is presented with.
• High degree of attention to detail, with a knack for troubleshooting and problem-solving
• Has excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and listening skills.
• Has a passion for learning new tools and technologies while working in a fast-paced, high growth environment.

BONUS POINTS

• Any experience in automation via scripting and/or integrations.
• Any experience with IT compliance (i.e.- HIPAA, SOC2, PCI DSS etc).
• Any experience with Dante, NDI, and storage solutions.

COMPENSATION

$50-55/hour
